David James Knight Sr. Obituary
David James Knight, Sr. 79, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away on March 22, 2026 at Monette Manor Nursing Home. He was born on April 10, 1946 in Flint, Michigan to Frank and Grace (Genix) Knight. David was a proud United States Army veteran and a dedicated General Motors auto worker. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include; loving wife of 60 years: Lynda Knight of Paragould, Arkansas; one son: David Knight, Jr. of Paragould, Arkansas; five grandchildren: Trey Knight (Danecia) of South Dakota, Mailyn Jeffries (Garrett) of Springfield, Missouri, Nathan Knight of Paragould, Arkansas, Frankie Knight of Paragould, Arkansas, Stephen Bailey (Katie) of Flint, Michigan; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by; his parents: Frank and Grace (Genix) Knight; one daughter: Tina Knight; two brothers: George Knight and Junior Knight; and two sisters: Mary Perry and Barb Acres.
The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
