With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dianne Davis (Paragould, Arkansas), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 2, 2025 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harris and Evelyn Holloway Harris Lucas; her husband Howard Davis; her son Isaac Alvis; her grandsons, Kennith Harris and Derrick Harris; her great grandchild Eason Harris; and her brother Michael Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Dawnisha Norris (Derrick) of New Orleans, Shywanda Harris of Paragould, Danielle Harris of Memphis, Maxine Short (Miquel) of Dallas and Joseph White of New Orleans; and her siblings, Terry Lucas (Chanel), Jerry Lucas, Lorraine Harris, Patricia Little (June), Linda Harris and Yvette Walker (Tony). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
