He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Orick (Arks) and Beatrice Eubanks Orick; his wife Terry Kay Orick; his siblings, Eunice Kersey (Orville), Herman Orick (Nell), Grace Dellerman (Joe), Fred Orick (Mary), Laura Roberts (Grady), Jan Carson (Lamar) and Gertie Fay Orick; and his siblings' children, Gary Don Kersey, Wes Orick and Belinda Orick Burns.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Tarry (Craig); his grandchildren, Jessica Redden (Stephen) and Jacob Tarry (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Camille Joiner, Beckett, Carver, Webb Redden and Georgia Tarry; his sibling's children, Steve Orick, Ron Orick, Scott Roberts, Kelly Dellerman, Cody Orick and Madelyn Orick; his brother Lemuel E. Orick; and his close friend Danny Ryan (Leon Adams).
