She is survived by: her children, Walter Forbis (Janice), Michael Forbis (Janice), Gaylon Forbis, Kathy Forbis, Kaye Rogers and Patricia Ellenburg; and her grandchildren, Jason Forbis, Jennifer Clester, Tracy Householder, Tony Pemberton, Jacob Forbis, Wayne Ellenburg, Angela Forbis, Jerrett Forbis and Bradley Rogers. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
