He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lewis Culbreath and Pearl Mae Hoke Culbreath; his spouse Dailene Hawkins; and his great grandchildren, Emerald Ogden and Lakelyn Rose.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim Culbreath (Lisa Hinton) of Paragould and Blake Culbreath (Sara Culbreath); his sister Jackie Hood of Jonesboro; and his grandchildren, Kassi Ogden (Nathan), Christian Byrd (Mark), Brenna Zaharopoulos (Chris), Kailyn Locke (Corey), Callie Rawlings (Matt Rose), Cainan Culbreath (Lilly) and Dayli Culbreath. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
