She was predeceased by: her parents, Cager Allgood and Edna Allgood; her husband Ervil Casteel; her daughter Joyce Casteel; her grandson Matt Brittingham; her sisters, Jewel White and Juanita Hollis; her niece Shirley McIlvoy; and her nephew Buddy Hollis.
She is survived by: her children, Bronda Hagood (late Dean), Peggy Brittingham (Rick) and Tony Casteel (Melissa); her grandchildren, Kellie Buchanan (Doug), Mikki Jacobs (Dave), Chet Brittingham (Amanda), Sarah Young (Chris) and Anthony Casteel; and her nieces and nephews, Liddie Moore, Jerry Casteel, Mary Breckenridge, Debbie Sims, Connie Baxley and Rick Hollis. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
