Elizabeth Deborah Shipman Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 23, 2020, at the age of 58, Elizabeth Deborah Shipman (Paragould, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Billy Mike Bass; her grandmother Eileen Tabor; and her nephew Bradley Payne. She is survived by: her husband Tracy Shipman; her daughters, Jordan Elizabeth Allen and Jessie Dan Allen; her mother Carolyn Sue Bass; her siblings, Jennifer Ilene Shane (Bill Shane), Priscilla Ann Stillwell (Allen Stillwell) and Christopher Mike Bass (Faith Bass); and her nephew Wesley Payne.

Services will be private and restricted to immediate family and church family. In order to comply with CDC guidelines, face masks are required inside the building and friends are asked to practice social distancing.
