He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan Williams and Nina Williams; his former wife Celeste Williams; his son Ted Williams; and his brother Curtis Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Chipman, Tim Williams (Tammy) and Trent Williams (Keith); his siblings, Donald Williams (Marianne), Kent Williams (Phyllis) and Sue Hale; his grandchildren, Ryan Chipman, Crystal Palmer (Nathan), Rachel Williams, Sam Williams, Zach Williams (Melanie), Taylor Williams (Casey) and Megan Lang (Matt); his great grandchildren, Andrew, Laila, Grayson, Ed, Asher, Sutton, Sawyer, Ollie, Max, Lorenza, Isabella, Sophia, Liliana, Jasmine and Jaice; his wife Lori Williams-Kenney; his close friend Dot Manley; and his sister-in-law Judy Williams.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Heath Funeral Home (321 W Garland St, Paragould, AR 72450). Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (300 N 2nd St, Paragould, AR 72450). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (1200 Linwood Dr, Paragould, AR 72450).
