Gretchen Mannikus Obituary

Gretchen Tamara Mannikus, 49, of Paragould, Arkansas passed away on December 2, 2025 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 15, 1975 in Jackson, New Jersey to Johannes Mannikus, Jr. and Beverly Haverick. Gretchen enjoyed playing bingo, listening to music, singing, and being outdoors. She was an avid dog lover.

Survivors include; mother: Beverly Haverick of Virginia; two sisters: Rachel Eaves (James) of Huddleston, Virginia and Brenda Hortenberry (Thomas) of Paragould, Arkansas; one step brother: D.J. Haverick of New Jersey; four nieces: Summer Mannikus of Virginia, Sierra Mathews of Paragould, Sherrie Seegers of Paragould, Coley Hall of Paragould, Arkansas; one nephew: Joseph Mathews of Paragould, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by; her father: Johannes Mannikus, Jr.; and her stepfather: Duane Haverick.

The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
