With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Howard Joy (Paragould, Arkansas), born in Silva, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 15, 2025 at the age of 84. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Howard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Joy and Juanita Joy; his wife Sharron Joy; and his brothers, Harold and Wayne Joy.
He is survived by: his daughter Shona Joy Covington (Les); his granddaughter Joy Victoria Covington; and his sister Linda Berberick.
