He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Speaks; and his granddaughter Autum Welch. He is survived by: his father Gaylon Speaks; his children, Travis Speaks and Candy Speaks; and his brothers, Johnny Speaks (Kathy) and Bruce Weyer. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 17th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (4904 W Kingshighway, Paragould, AR 72450). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 17th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
