He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Wood and Louise Wood; and his siblings, John Wood, Linda Prince, Wanda Wood and Donna Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wood; his sons, Chad Wood (Starla) and Shane Wood (Jodi); his stepdaughter Heather Russom (Brandon); his brother Jeff Wood; his grandchildren, Hunter Rawls (Makenzie), Shana Sellers (Dillon), Madi Adcock (Weston), Blaine Wood, Maggie Russom, Jax Russom and Madden Russom; and his great grandchildren, Marlee Taylor, Kylan Taylor and Riley Rawls.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (4904 W Kingshighway, Paragould, AR 72450). A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
