She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ritsmon and Adell Ritsmon; and her siblings, Johnny Ritsmon, Kenneth Ritsmon and Susie Hemby.
She is survived by: her husband Cliff Manley; and her sister Ann Bates. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, great-great nephews, and great-great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Heath Funeral Home (321 W Garland St, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at the Pine Log Cemetery (762 Brookland St, Brookland, AR 72417).
