He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Smith; his grandparents, Ephraim, Dorothy Smith, Bennie Rogers and Lawanda Jones; and the mother of his children Donna Dacus Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith; his mother Brenda Smith; his children, Logan Blake Smith of Nashville, TN and Alyssa Hooker (Josh) of Paragould, AR; his sisters, Shelia Carter (Andrew) and Lesa Condray (Gary) of Mountain Home; and his grandson Denver Lee Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (4904 W Kingshighway, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
