He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Adams and Margie Adams; and his sister Lisa Mae Leach. He is survived by: his significant other Nikki Burch; his children, John Miller and Dana (Tikatah); his grandchildren, Legacie, Ermias and Julius; his siblings, Frances Bass (Mark), Paul Adams (Lisa) and Renae Lively (Randy); and his nieces and nephews, Anthony Cline, Adnrea Buckley, Jonathan, Brandon Adams and Cody Lively.
