He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Clark and Edith Clark; and his siblings, Charles Edward Clark, Johnny Wayne Clark, Paul Clark, Gladys Shirley, Rose Campbell and Betty Branch.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Clark; his children, Suveda Sterns, Julia Gray (Donald), Marie Roberts (Marty), Angie Goldsmith, Michael Clark (Julie), Sam Mangrum, Jr. (Ashley) and DJ Ricker (Miranda); his siblings, Douglas Clark (Donna) and Caroline Grigsby; and his pets, Buddy, Abby and Precious. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
