He was predeceased by: his parents, A. E. Terry and Hattie Terry; and his siblings, Rosie DeWhitt, Josie Gardner, Eula Dean Holcomb, Alvin Terry, George Terry, Gene Terry, Melvin Terry and David Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Terry; his daughters, Stacey Jackson (Barry) and Danita Gibson (Duane); his grandson Charlton Gibson; and his sisters-in-law, Louise Terry, Karen Daniels (Butch) and Patsy Yates (J. D.). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
