He is survived by: his wife Shelley Anita Cullum; his children, Andrew Bonner, Holley Ford, David Bonner, Stephen Bonner of Shannon, JHA and Bradley King; his grandchildren, Ian Ford and Sara Crass; and his brother Elwood Bonner.
