She was predeceased by: her parents, Orris F. Collins and Frances Neely Collins; her husband Dr. Ralph Robert Ratton; her grandchildren, Joseph Scott Payne, Mary Frances and Joan Carol Mangrum; her sister Pat Fulkerson; her aunt Mary Alice Parkhurst; her sister-in-law Betty Ross Hyde; and her parents-in-law, Ralph Robert Ratton, Sr. and Isis Coffman Ratton.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Bland (Preston) of Paragould, Diane Brewer (Bill) of Paragould, Lanie Mangrum (Tim) of Paragould, Carol Vail (Doug) of Paragould and Rob Ratton (Heather) of Newport, Arkansas; her brother John Collins (Rose Ann) of Chesterfield, Missouri; her grandchildren, Rob Bland (Gina), Ali Bean (Casey), Will Brewer (Meredith), Dr. Shaw Brewer, Erin Ferdowsi (Reja), Will Mangrum (Sarah Beth Deweese), Katherine Kelly (Patrick), Caroline Vail, Dr. Abby Isbell (Bradley), Loren Ratton, Lilly McQuay, Eden McQuay and Bella Brady; her close friend Brenda Reed; her son-in-law Ed Gathings; her nieces and nephews, Andy Fulkerson, Ricky Fulkerson, David Fulkerson, Bonida Poynor, Fritzi Janes and Pat Burns; and her great-nephew Jon Fulkerson.
