He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Miller and Rosemary Miller; his brother Richard Miller; and his grandson Bradley Oliver. He is survived by: his spouse Kaffie Miller; his daughter Amy Oliver (Tom); his stepdaughter Wendy McDaniel (Tommy); his grandchildren, Gregory Oliver, Alec Dacus (Erin), Lily McDaniel, Maggie McDaniel, Katy McDaniel and Julia McDaniel; his great grandchildren, Jude Dacus and Eleanor Dacus; and his siblings, Katherine Warren, Robert Miller, II and William Miller.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
