He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Marie Farthing-Wood and Martin Dewie Wood; and his brothers, Raymond and Timothy Wood. He is survived by: his brother Gerrold Glenn Wood (Barbara); his sister-in-law Carol Wood; and his sibling's children, Bussy Wood (Connie), Floressia Smiley (Kevin) and Iretha Orrick (Johnny).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (1520 US 49, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
