With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Ann Jeter (Paragould, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 16, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Travis and Ellen Travis; and her brothers, Chester Stanton Travis and Glen Travis. She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Jeter and Alan Jeter (Pam); her siblings, Jessica Austin, Mabern Travis, Dwight Travis, Joe Travis, Jessie Travis and Omar Travis; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda, Alexandra, Whitney and Matthew. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
