He was predeceased by : his father Cledis Mabry; and his siblings, Paul, Allen Mabry, Jean Nelson and Marcella Kelley.

He is survived by : his children, Heather Mabry, Ann Tice (Jacob) of Clinton Sykes, J. J, James and Scarlett James; and his sisters, Deborah Lawson, Virginia Emmons and Bertha Naugle. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and lots and lots of friends.
