He is survived by: his wife Laura Fortney; his sons, Dwayne Fortney (Christy) and Jeff Fortney; his stepson Craig Mitchell (Melaine); his daughter Malinda Blakeley (Aaron); his stepdaughters, Paula Stewart (Roger), Julie Mitchell, Donna Horner (Mark) and Darey Cummings; his siblings, Steven Pearson, Junior Fortney, Patty Attaberry and Kathy Coleson; and his grandchildren, Mary Durkin, Anthony Fortney, Livvy Fortney, PJ Fortney, Craig Mitchell, Jr., Terry Joe Mitchell, Rachael Fletcher, Jacob Blakeley (Cheyenne), Chelby Morris (Josiah), William Altenberge, Mitchelle Altenberge, Jason Mitchelle, Candace Williams (Lesley), Brad Fletcher (Heather), Shawn O'Grady (Cora) and Delaney O'Grady. He is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
