He was predeceased by: his parents, David Howard and Aurelia Howard (Piazza); and his siblings, Jeff Howard, Gary Parker, Steven Howard, Debbie Howard and Linda Howard.
He is survived by: his siblings, Larry, Big Mike, William and Sandy; his aunt Daisy Howard; and his sons, Marc (Michelle) and Christopher Strout.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church (304 E Vine St, Paragould, AR 72450).
