He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Coy and Bernadine Coy (Sumner); and his brother Ronald Coy. He is survived by: his wife Janet Coy; his son Anthony Coy (Cindy); his siblings, Dale Coy (Karen), Douglas Coy, Tim Coy (Susan), Stephen Coy, Mark Coy, Nancy Mangrum and Angela O'Connell (Joe); and his grandchildren, Brandon Coy and Madison Scudder (Gage).
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made in Michael's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Arkansas Children's Hospital.
