On this special day July 28, 2026 at 5:30a.m. God sent his angel to take Mimah Leon Willcockson Whitney to her heavenly home to reunite with her deceased spouse, Charles E. Whitney and her son Mel Allen; brothers, Horace Willcockson, Harold Willcockson, Wrex Willcockson; sisters, Reba Huffman, Lavetta Townsley; parents Sterl and David Millender Willcockson. Mother leaves behind to celebrate her life her daughter Dana Jane (Larry) Hooten, granddaughter, Mica Lea (Chris) Curry, great granddaughter, Emily Gibson (Spencer Morris), great great granddaughter, Gracelyn Morris, great grandson, Levi Gibson (Lauren Layman), great great granddaughter, Paisley Rue Gibson; and one very special daughter in law, Jan Farmer Whitney.
The family would love to give special thanks to Flo and Phil Hospice House of Jonesboro for five months and sixteen days of nothing but loving care for our mother.
The family will receive friends and family on Friday July 31, 2026 from 10:00a.m. until 11:00a.m. at Faith Fellowship Community Church in Paragould. The funeral service will begin at 11:00a.m.with Bro. Kevin Edgar officiating.
