He is survived by: his father Gary Pugh (Nancy); his son Eli Pugh; his sister Amy Smith (Steve); his stepsiblings, Lynn Lepley (Conagher) and Justin Patterson (Gabriella); his nieces, Erin Howe (Caleb), Ashlyn Reed (Jake) and Savannah Smith; his uncle Lloyd Lewallen (Carol); and his aunts, Linda Campbell (Tommy) and Vicki Lewallen. He is also survived by three great nephews; Extended family.
