He is survived by: his children, Logun Ervin and Misty Ervin-Hatcher (Kevin); his siblings, Larry Ervin, Thomas Allan Ervin, Louise Garrett and Mary Robertson; and his grandchildren, Mark "Andy" Miles, Amber Miles, Emmalina Ervin, Alexander Ervin and Dylan Gladden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
