She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lewis and Faye Romell Owens (Griffin); her husband Alan Ray Ring; and her grandson Isaiah Evanson. She is survived by: her children, Steven Ring (Michelle Ost) and Lisa Evanson (Kris); her siblings, Jimmy Owens (Mary) and Sheila Steakley (Ron); her cousin Jim Griffin; and her close friend Karen Loyd.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Ramona's name to the Faith Fellowship Community Church of Paragould.
