Randall Sipes Obituary

Randall Jacob Sipes was born to Eugene Deb Sipes and Ollie Mae (Tate) Sipes in Corcoran, California, on the 27th day of May 1951. He passed away at the age of 69 on June 25, 2020, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Jake was drafted in the US Army and served from 1971 to 1991. He worked at Wal-Mart Tire and Lube Express from 1992 to 2001.

Jake leaves behind his wife of 45 years, Anita Sipes; 3 daughters, Carol Wilson (Thomas), Melisa Sipes, and Anna Sipes (Joey); three grandchildren, Savanna Franklin, Jacob Brashears, and Dustin Sipes; one great grandchild, Estella Franklin; sister, Sharon George; brother, Ronnie Sipes; and many others that knew him as Pop and Papa Jake.

Jake was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Ollie Mae Sipes; brother, Jerry Sipes; sister in law, Irice Sipes and Zola Sipes; nephew, Mark Killough, niece, Becky Emmons; and cousins, Marvin Riggs and Dustin Riggs. A memorial service will be 12:00 p.m., Friday, July 3, at Crowley's Ridge State Park under the pavilion.
