He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton David and Lula Lorene Foster; his wife Debra Foster; and his brother Andy Foster. He is survived by: his children, Lori Easley (Jeff) of Paragould, Stephanie Davis (Doyne) of Walnut Ridge, Heath Banks of Calico Rock and Eric Steele of Wichita, KS; his brothers, David Foster (Pam) and Alan Foster (Renee); his grandchildren, Lauren Covington (Chris), Caden Sheeks, Brooke Banks, Nathanial Banks, Will Davis, Ryan Banks and Wyatt Davis; and his great grandchildren, Lexis Covington, Bentley Sheeks, Layton Covington and Aaron Oden.
