He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Noblin and Aline Noblin; and his sisters, Joyce Sullivan and Linda Vincenzo. He is survived by: his wife June Noblin of Paragould; his children, Crystal, Kamron Taylor of Paragould, Joseph, Sarah Noblin of Lancaster, WI, Amy and Jason Stone; and his sister Jolene Light of St. Louis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
