He was predeceased by: his parents, Osa Leroy and Rosetta Cline; his former wife JoAnn Cline; and his siblings, Bill Cline, Lloyd Cline, Melvin Cline and Notra Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Cline; his son Curtis A. Carter (Shelia) of Paragould; his grandchildren, Curtis W. Carter (Megan) and Ashley Richardson; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Peyton and Ellie; and his brother-in-law Larry Rice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
