He is survived by: his wife Carmela Phillips; his children, Steven Phillips, Jason Phillips (Jacalyn), Rusty Phillips (Sally), Colby Phillips, Brittany Phillips, Emilee Phillips (Hunter Fortner) and Candace Phillips (Dale Williams); and his siblings, James Phillips and Sarah Grooms (Robert). He is also survived by several grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
