She was predeceased by: her parents, John Howe and Eula Howe; and her daughter Penny Stallings. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Howard; her son Jimmy Howard of Paragould; her son-in-law David Stallings; her grandchildren, Emily Pigue, Gracie Stallings and Colton Sandusky; and her great grandchildren, Victoria Pigue and Clayton Pigue.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (4904 W Kingshighway, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
