He is survived by: his daughter Amber Cook; his grandsons, Korbyn and Asher; his mother Ruth Orick; his sister Vickie Hopkins (Donnie) of Olive Branch, Mississippi; and his nephews, Josh Hopkins and Jake Hopkins of Olive Branch, Mississippi. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
