He was predeceased by: his parents, S. V. Ragsdale and Barbara Honeycutt. He is survived by: his sister Rhonda Ragsdale-Row; his nephew Jacob Row; his stepmother Letha Ragsdale; his cousin Steven Ragsdale; and his aunts, Tacie Huffman and Vonna Richmond. He is also survived by other cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heath Funeral Home (321 W Garland St, Paragould, AR 72450).
