She is survived by: her mother Wanda Faye Forkum; her brothers, Billy Joe Forkum, Jr. (Sherry) of Paragould and Robbie James Forkum (Candalee) of Jonesboro; and her nieces and nephews, Tori Marie Forkum, Jessica Faye Forkum, Parker Wrenfrow, Wilson Wrenfrow and Jackson Bell. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
