He was predeceased by: his father Mason Waits; and his niece Susan Waits. He is survived by: his wife Rona Waits; his daughters, Amanda Annear (Allister) of Los Angeles, CA and Sarah Waits of Los Angeles, CA; his granddaughter Ella Mason Annear; his brother Lyndal Waits (Shirley) of Batesville; his siblings-in-law, Candace Wells of Paragould, Debbie Uthoff of Brookland and Duane Campbell of Paragould; and his sibling's children, Jason Waits of Long Beach, CA and Teresa Hazelwood (Tom) of Brookland.
