Tommy Carter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommy Carter in Paragould, Arkansas, born in Hanford, California, who passed away on November 2, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden Carter and Nora Lay Carter; his sister Gay Carter; and his niece Mitzi Gramling. He is survived by: his wife Kathi Carter; his sons, Deryl Carter, Mark Carter (Rhenda), Brian Carter (Emily) and Matt Martin (Christy); his brother Alan Carter (Rita); his grandsons, Drew Carter, Hayden Carter (Katie), Will Carter, Colton Martin and Elliott Martin; and his great grandchild Caden Carter.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heath Funeral Home (321 W Garland St, Paragould, AR 72450).
