He is survived by: his mother Shirley Lowery Chambers Pajak; his children, Jason Chambers (Emma Vergara), Eric Chambers (Laura Sammons), Matthew Chambers, Christina Chambers, Nicole O'Neal, Jessica O'Neal (Jarred Anderson), Melissa Foxen (Matthew), Stephanie Smith (Aaron) and Courtney Chambers; and his siblings, Kenneth Chambers, Cheri Chambers-Paschal and Dawn Baker (Guy). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
