He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Harvey and Juanita Harvey; and his brother Tommy Joe Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Connie Hyde; his children, Tammy May (Rodney) of Elizabeth and Keith Harvey (Leighanne) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Tony Blake May, Whitney Allen, Taylor Harvey (Paige) and Hannah Harvey; his great grandchild Bryson Allen; and his brother Ronnie Harvey (Ann).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, honoring Tony's enduring legacy of love and community service.
