She was predeceased by : her parents, Nathaniel Cothren and Ina Johnson Cothren; her husband Charles Lewis; her sons, Ronald Lewis and Brian Lewis; her sisters, Betty Glascock, Carolyn Anderson, Rita Moore, Shirley Russell and Sheila Mode; and her grandson Laeth Mullins.

She is survived by : her children, Jimmy Lewis of Fayetteville, AR, Judy Wenzslick of Wentzville, MO and Phyllis Mullins of Memphis, TN; her brothers, Winfred Cothren of Batesville, AR, James Cothren of North Carolina and Larry Cothren of Truman, AR; and her daughter-in-law Rose Lewis (Ronnie) of Paragould. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
