He was predeceased by : his sisters, Starr Elaine Cook and Vicki June Wilcoxen. He is survived by : his brothers, James "Jim" Cook (Roberta) of Shelbyville, John Cook (Joyce) of Paragould, Ricky Cook of Paragould and Stoney Cook of Paragould. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
