He was predeceased by: his parents, Cotton Crabtree and Opal Crabtree (Weaver); and his brother Melvin Crabtree (Glen Crabtree). He is survived by: his wife Eva Lee Crabtree; his children, Jack Davis (Peggy), Gary Crabtree (Dana), Janet Sanguinette (Gary) and Autum Resendez (Maurice); his siblings, Carl Crabtree (Sandra), Glenda Whelchel (Butch) and Sue Horton (Johnny); his grandchildren, Machelle Pritchett (Dolph), Jackie Lee Davis (Kimberly), Torrey Crabtree, Sumer Shelton (Jen), Kyle Crabtree, Tiffany Shelton-King (Jason), Lindsey Crabtree, Jacob Atchley and Eva Leann Atchley; his great grandchildren, Raven Hayworth (Jimmy), Shelby Harrison, Savannah Hargett, Jax Davis, Max Wesley Gorrell, Carter Crabtree, Braxton Crabtree, Emerson Shelton and Harper Shelton; and his great great grandchildren, Lyric Hayworth and Karleigh Hayworth.
