He was predeceased by: his father John Lucas; and his stepfather Ross Hancock. He is survived by: his fiancée Judy Rainwater; his children, William Michael Lucas, Aaron Michael Lucas and Veronica Kaye Lucas; and his stepsister Sharon Carlisle. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
