It is with sadness that the passing of Wilma Jean Orr of Paragould, Arkansas is shared. Wilma, born on June 21, 1932 in Hayti, Missouri, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee Gladish and Marjorie Williams Gladish; her husband Houston Bresee Orr; her siblings, Joy Fulenwider and Sterling Gladish; and her grandsons, Christopher Higgins, Jonathan Higgins and Brent Orr.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Orr and Houston "Bill" Orr (Judy); her siblings, Aleene Busby, Doris Jones, Sharon Sessums, Kenneth Gladish and Terry Gladish; her grandchildren, Tracey Higgins, Suzanne Newton, Holly Nunes (Martin), William Orr (Koryn) and Jack Newton; and her great grandchildren, Skylar Orr, Kasyn Orr, Liam Nunes and Julia Nunes. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (1520 US 49, Paragould, AR 72450). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
