He is survived by: his parents, Garry Ray Pemberton and Mary Ruth Foster (Calvin); his wife Billie Sue Pemberton; his children, Andrew Payton Pemberton Jr. (Gabby) and Peyton Lynn Pemberton; his siblings, Brandi Richardson, Erin Wood and Jason Richardson; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Phoenyx, Finley, Conor and Aiden.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
