He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Winn and Martha Lee (Photos); his stepfather Herschel Lee; and his sisters, Patti Lee, Sandra Winn and Erica Winn.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee (Bain); his children, Gretchen Lee of Tulsa, Bill Winn Lee II (Jennifer) of Bixby, Charity Lee of Paris and Caleb Lee of Paris, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Haddon, Savannah, Sierra Lee, Nicholas Lee, Heaven Lee, Darrien Adams and Skyler Adams. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
